Graduate recruitment at Red Gate Software
A graduate recruitment initiative with a difference for a leading IT software company.
Cambridge based Red Gate Software, one of the UK's leading IT software companies, is always looking to recruit the best graduates. With this in mind, they approached Three Hands to devise and manage a graduate recruitment project with a difference. Red Gate wanted to assess potential graduate employees by giving them a project with a local charity that would improve the charity's business effectiveness. Conversely it was hoped that Red Gate would be seen by top graduates as an innovative company with strong community links. Homelessness charity The Jubilee Project runs a small ceramic tile business which employs ex-homeless people to give them a better chance of permanent employment. The graduates worked on business solutions for the project and presented their findings to the charity.
