Our unique approach is based on our Socially Responsible Development™ programmes that provide learning through engagement in real life community projects, helping companies with both their Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility needs.

The first module of BSkyB's 18 month Leadership Development Programme saw Sky leaders learn by working in an unlikely partnership - with young people in south London.

Training & Development Today focused on our work with Orange as an excellent example of how to build teams through community engagement. They called it the 'feel-good' factor.

Motorola's brief to us was short and sharp. We took 20 'emerging leaders' from Motorola to undertake an almost impossible task in the heart of Africa, in the name of both CSR and leadership development.
