Community projects

We keep employees engaged, motivated and connected to the real world through tailored community initiatives such as team days, charity partnerships and overseas community projects.

Working with team and department heads, and CSR and HR managers, we run teambuilding, volunteering and employee engagement projects, as well as initiatives to promote values and reward and recognise employees – in a way that brings meaning to the workplace and benefit to communities.

Employees are increasingly expecting to be given opportunities to contribute to communities – in fact it’s almost a prerequisite for ‘Generation Y’. At the same time, companies understand that community engagement is a strong employee engagement and motivation tool.

We help by devising and delivering projects that address a variety of business needs. A week long project for IBM, for example, was an initiative to engage women from diverse parts of the organisation in supporting the development of female talent, while a series of local community projects for Guardian News & Media were designed to promote and embed the organisation’s values throughout the 300 members of the Ad Sales department.

On the international front, we set up and managed visits for Standard Chartered Bank’s top volunteers to community projects in Delhi, and we helped Danone Waters to reward its team for hitting sales targets by identifying an African development charity for them to support, and organising a volunteering trip for a small team to support the work of the charity in Kenya.

We have many more case studies of community projects here!
