The Outside In Project is Back for 2022

We are pleased to announce that the Outside In Project will be back in 2022 – we will once more be bringing together twelve businesses from different sectors to learn about and act upon some of the most important issues in society for the benefit of their customers, colleagues and communities.

Building on the success of our first Outside In Project in 2021, this year’s programme will bring issues such as digital inclusion, climate justice and financial exclusion to life in the virtual world.

Over the course of six online sessions, participants will be inspired and challenged by new voices from outside their corporate walls, including subject matter experts from charities and those with lived experience who they support.
And it won’t stop there – the last hour of each session is dedicated to working with peers from other companies to consider how to apply the learning in your business for the benefit of customers, colleagues and communities.

Membership is for an organisation, meaning up to five different colleagues can benefit from each session – a great way to increase engagement and collaboration across your business.

There are six places available for new member businesses in 2022, so please read through the information pack (available here) and get in touch if you would like to be part of it.

“The Outside In Project has been a real catalyst for change in my organisation. It has brought eye-opening, human stories into the commercial world, so much so that we are now promoting the approach as part of our customer insight and innovation agenda.”

Kirsty Lieberthal, Customer Experience Strategy Manager, M&G plc
