At Three Hands we see huge opportunities for businesses to learn from charities and the people they support. That’s why we are developing a ‘Lived Experts Research Community’ made up of people at the sharp end of the issues that life can throw at anyone, such as financial vulnerability, mental health problems, disability, bereavement and digital exclusion.

The community is designed to help businesses do a better job at inclusive design for vulnerable and underserved customers. Our clients are already benefiting from the insight that lived experts are bringing them on a range of issues – and now we need someone with qualitative research and project management skills, and a passion for social impact, to take on the day to day management of the community and to work with us on the strategy for developing the community.
